No spills and no mess clean up. If you need to go back for seconds you can use same platter or plate because of them being so well made. I will not use or trust any other paper products after cooking all day and they look good on my table.

I bought these for a convenient way to clean after Thanksgiving. Well, this is Thanksgiving and we are cleaning up messes due to leaky plates that have left stains on my dark wood. These plates are absolute garbage!!! Now I have to research how to treat the stains on my table.

Also, there's no chance of grease soaking through the bottom. If you haven't tried these do so. You won't be disappointed. I'm sure you will love them as much as I do.

I was so surprised by not only how strong they were but how nice they looked! Since seeing them in action I have thought of other uses for them and so will need to get another pack before the shower.

Someone brought some other platter-type paper plates with cute Thanksgiving pictures on them. Let me say that I am thrilled that I picked the Chinet. Of the few people that grabbed the "other" plates one collapsed half-way through the food line (we get our food buffet-style), two others almost didn't make it to the table because their plates were trying to bend and there was wet/greasy marks on the table under every one of those plates. Note to self (and anyone else that will listen) ALWAYS, ALWAYS go with the Chinet.
