Like eating on a sponge

Bought these in July and have used them twice, Thanksgiving and Christmas. We noticed on both occasion that the plates got very soggy and soft. We served a beef tenderloin on Christmas and noticed that we had several plates soak through and leave a mark on the Irish linen heirloom tablecloth. My wide and I have spent most of the day trying to remove the stains. I would hate to have to replace the tablecloth because these plates allowed the juices of the meat to soak through. Very angey and dissatisfied.

We love using recycled materials, but it means we are constantly re-evaluating and optimizing the manufacturing process. Because of that, you didn't get our best product, and we apologize. Excellent Choice

We have a huge gathering at Thanksgiving and serve tons of food. That being said these plates hold everything, where as before it took 2 even 3 at times with a regular size plate. Very pleased and Sam's Club is the only place I have been able to find them. There is no breaking and bending. Love this product.
