Bought plates because of the size and I wanted to get away from the Styrofoam plates. Size was great for Thanksgiving. Only Con would be that the plate does absorb anything that has liquid. So plate becomes a little soft.

love chinet plates

These plates were sturdy enough for brisket and sausage. They were big enough for all the food and sides. Nice enough to use for a wedding. Plus I used a few in my compost:)

these plates bleed through the bottom and sag. you can't eat ANY food that has sauce and you can't use them in the microwave because the bleed through even worse. you have to double up on the plates.
