Hi! No one likes a soggy party, and this one is on us. Chinet Classic® plates and bowls are made from pre-consumer recycled material and pressed into form. We love using recycled materials, but it means we are constantly re-evaluating and optimizing the manufacturing process. Because of that, you didn't get our best product, and we apologize. We are working to correct the issue. In the meantime, feel free to contact a representative by email at MyLife@mychinet.com or call 1-800-847-4129. Thank you!

Ope! Sounds like a party foul on our part. Here's the truth—Chinet Classic® products are made from pre-consumer recycled material and pressed into form. We love using recycled materials, but it means we are constantly re-evaluating and optimizing the manufacturing process. Recently, all Chinet Classic® molded fiber tableware transitioned to a new Oil & Grease Resistant (OGR) barrier technology. Because of that, you didn't get our best product, and we apologize. We are working to correct the issue. In the meantime, feel free to contact a representative by email at MyLife@mychinet.com or call 1-800-847-4129. Thank you, Albert!
