They're the perfect size so you can put everything on your plate and not have to worry about going back for seconds--unless you want to, of course! They're strong and sturdy so the plate doesn't start to bend when you fill it full of food. The food also doesn't soak through which is a nice feature. I love that we can also use traditional silverware and not have to worry about the plates not being sturdy enough. They work great and I highly recommend!

My SIL said nothing else will do to hold all the wonderful food in one round. And she is right because I fill my plate to the brim and never worry about it folding up on me or dropping any food. She buys the platter plus the sectional one and we have Chinet bowls for the desserts.

Food and liquids don't leak through and you can cut on these plates without worrying about them ripping. Another great feature is that they are microwavable.

We have quite a few people and using real dishes becomes an issue when it’s time to clean up. When I use Chinette, We get to spend more quality time as a family rather than washing dishes in the kitchen while the boys watch the game on TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always used disposable plates, bowls etc especially in the summer or when we just have small (not holiday) get togethers' because, lets be honest, it's just a much faster/easier clean up! I have used various brands & can say chinet has proven to be the best! Last night, we had a small dinner get together with the three of us in my apt & four neighbors. We ordered: pizza, wings, fries & bread sticks. There was also dips for the different foods. So I decided to try the chinet serving platters. These, I can say I have never noticed or heard of, but they're great for holding a larger amount of food or for party servings! These platters are made from 100% recycled materials & they're compostable so they're super environmentally friendly! I love that about them. They are very sturdy, then don't bend/break as easily as other brands of disposable products. Plus these hold plenty of food. None of the grease, sauce or dips leaked though which was great! Our guests commented how well they were made & that they were surprised to see nothing leaked or was dropped. Thanks Chinet for making our random dinner get together a success!

I always cook a big meal for everyone- anything from a taco night to cornish hen, smoked ham, or BBQ on the grill. These platters hold up- they hold the food and don't leak. This is important when you're eating and playing card games for hours!
