Heavy duty and very sturdy; oversized so all food fits on the plate. I always have at least one package on hand to serve family or drop in company. Also great for serving meals to guys in the field when they don't want to stop work.

The plates are also very sturdy which is great for saucy or greasy foods. Would recommend!

Chinet platters are ideal for easy clean up, but the reason I always choose Chinet is because they are super sturdy when you have a full plate of food!! Great product, and great company!

There’s always so much food and these oversized plates are able to handle the amount and weight of the food. They can also handle moderate cutting, so no one is damaging my table as they cut their turkey. I also like that they are disposable, because that means I don’t have to do dishes!

They served my family well during our recent tragic event. I still buy them for many everyday uses. They are sturdy and hold up well for outdoor grilling, watermelon and other fruit platters, cheese and appetizer trays. I highly recommend this product and all products in the Chinet line. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, I'll say that I don't usually use disposable plates and bowls because I feel guilty when I do. However, they are extremely handy to have for when you have a number of people to feed, or, in our most recent case, when you go car camping. My husband recently had a back surgery that keeps from bending over, so washing dishes at the spigot is difficult; instead we used these for our 5-night camping trip meals. This size plate is very large, which was perfect for our Easter camping meal that we pulled together with our friends. (Prior to camping, I also used one of these to send a friend home with half of a giant chocolate cake that we had to celebrate her birthday. Yes, I felt the need to use 2 hands to hold/carry that pale because it was HEAVY, but I was quite impressed at how the plate maintained its integrity nonetheless.) We didn't feel as guilty about using these since they are paper (not plastic!) and decompose. We even used dirty ones to start our fires sometimes. They don't get flimsy with something moist on it, even if it sits for a while. Very tough and sturdy, you won't need to double these up ever. Highly recommend!

No need for multiple layers of paper plates. One can handle the load just fine. It's a must have for any family or friend parties. Easy clean up and convenient to use. Highly recommended!
