They are microwaveable and can be used with ease with seconds. I also appreciate that they are eco-friendly. Using these, I spent less time doing dishes! These are also great for placing cookies on as a thank you gift for the delivery drivers. Highly recommended.

Not waterproof, but microwavable, and less toxic than plastic.These are the best for pot luck dinners and at home when washing dishes seem to be too much.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: Seems sturdy, holds weight. Big size. Did hold up with dips: Guacamole, Sour Cream, and Salsa. Microwavable and made with recycled materials. Cons: Wouldn't do well with dishes with a lot of moisture or liquid. Wish it had at least a resealable close, even if it is just a twist tie. Overall does the job. Isn't perfect could use some improvements. But would still purchase. I think these would be great for BBQs, camping, and outdoor activities. Probably not for everyday at home meals  unless maybe you used charger plates.

Chinet plates used to be the very best paper plates but something has changed drastically in the manufacturing process. We used to buy these for big holiday family gatherings like Christmas or Thanksgiving, but now the plates leak so badly that the only things you can safely serve on them are dry foods like sandwiches and chips! I wonder if environmental restrictions are forcing the manufacturer to use recycled paper as the majority of content, or if they are cutting back on quality to make more profit? Whatever the reason for the decline, I have purchased my last package of Chinet.

I find myself also using these plates instead of a cutting board when I want to cut up an apple of tomato. I appreciate the elimination of having to wash dishes and that these are eco-friendly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use Chinet classic white paper dinner plates often, and love them. These are hands down, the best paper plates I had used. Their size is good enough to hold large quantity. These are sturdy, durable and doesn’t bend/sog even with heavy food items. We use these for family dinner and barbecue. I never experienced any oil drip from these. No hassle of washing the dishes. Moreover, love that plates are compostable and hence, environment friendly.
