There perfect for any occasion and can hold any kind of food without ripping or leaking and are very lightweight to carry around. I'm definitely sticking with Chinet products .

I have been using Chinet Classic Dinner Plates literally for years. You've changed your plates to 80% recycled. While I applaud you for trying to recycle, I'd like to say, that if you're going to recycle, make sure your product stays the same. One of the reasons I paid extra for Chinet plates was because they didn't leak. Guess what? They leak now. If someone puts a full plate down on a tablecloth, that tablecloth is going to be stained. I might as well use the cheaper plates and double them up because it'd be cheaper than buying the recycled Chinet plates.

The plates are very study and do not collapse even when wet. I love the cups because they have a cute design and they are easily recyclable.

No one knew of the brand before hand but everyone who picked them up said “wow jay these are some heavy duty plates” it was kind of funny seeing peoples reactions. I never knew plates could get so many compliments but these are the best I’ve ever tried!

Its good for non liquid food such as hamburgers, fries, and ect. However, serving foods like spaghetti soaked the plate and started to soften from the bottom. So using two plates will help prevent food from falling. It can be leak proof to an extant. Recommendation, not to use liquid base foods. Best for serving foods such as cold pasta, snacks and dry foods.

If you’re like me a busy mom then the last thing you want to do it wash dishes after a big dinner party. But no other paper plate holds up better than Chinet. I especially love the fact they are made with recycled paper and are compostable. You can feel like you are saving time and energy without adding to the landfills. This is a home run Chinet!!
