These plates are Eco friendly and are made with recycled materials. I was surprised with how well they hold their shape after being in the microwave. Other plates I've used in the past tend to melt in the microwave, but these do not. I appreciate that these plates are leak and cut resistant as well. These plates are thick and we'll built so you do not have to double your plate because they do not break or leak through. I highly recommend these plates as they will not disappoint.

I'm so disappointed in the Chinese plates. I loved your product but no more. They are flimsy, soak through, and put food on it there it goes rolling off the plate. I'll never buy a Chinese product again. Unless you step up to the plate and start making them durable again. Thank you!

Of course, that includes feeding them (that's what Grandmas do, right?) but cleaning up can be exhausting. I keep these on hand all the time to make it easier and more peaceful for myself, while still allowing me to love on and spoil my grandbabies.

If you're having a kid's party or large outdoor gathering, it's more practical to use these than to have broken plates and glasses to clean up. For everyday living, please use re-usable dishes instead of creating more waste.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Chinet Classic White lunch plates in a package of 60. These plates measure up to 8 3/4 inches around. They are sturdy and durable but I find they break down quickly with something wet in texture. That might be due to their eco-friendly label being from 100% recycled material and compastable. They are, however, perfect to have on hand for get-togethers, parties or holidays. They are also great to have in the house for when you have kids, plus they are microwaveable. Overall, I would definitely recommend this brand if you were looking for eco-friendly lunch plates. It makes cleanup so much easier being able to just throw them away without having to do dishes.
