Don't waste your money

Food soaks through. If you reheat pizza in the microwave on these plates, the cheese will stick to the plate. You will take part of the plate with the cheese when you lift the cheese from the plate. Please do not waste your time with these plates unless you just need them to hold them for sandwiches or cake at a party.

Junk

They have changed and NOT for the better. I wish I had read the reviews BEFORE purchasing. I thought I was getting a good deal at the time BUT we are having to use 2-3 plates stacked to keep from leaking all over the table sooo..not a bargain at all. I also noticed a discoloration on over half that we have used. I would take them back for a refund but it is 1 1/2 hr trip one way to the nearest Sams. I will be going back to the Sams brand.

NO Quality Control

Out of 165 plates in this package, I was able to salvage 12 of them. All but a few plates were dirty (machine oil from the manufacturing process?), had holes, and tissue thin spots you could see through. Aside from the dirty spots on all of the plates, these are not anywhere near the quality they used to be. Confident that they would NOT be useful for any wet foods. I am glad I opened them BEFORE Thanksgiving dinner, so I had time to get some other plates. If you purchased these, be sure to open the package immediately so you know what you're dealing with.

Failed rapidly and miserably

My spouse's casserole liquids went right through them!!!! effected the finish on our portable tables, (had them for years) NOT VERY HAPPY, glad we did NOT serve a guest food on these. Please tell me how to return these and get another set that will NOT leak liquid out the bottom. Regards, Dennis Stager, USN retired. Apache Junction AZ

No Longer Quality Made

I've used chinet plates for years because they were dependable and sturdy. This new batch is horrible and cheaply made. Of the 165 half were dirty right out of the package. I had pancakes and syrup and it went through the plate and ended up on my table. This has happened often. I now have to use 2 plates to keep my food from leaking through. I feel cheated beause it is money lost and I'm stuck with plates that are dirty and cheaply made. Not a happy camper and will shop for another brand. So long Chinet.

Quality changed!!

I have purchased this particular Chinet plate for years from Sam’s Club and never had a problem. Ordered a new pack this past week and the quality is certainly lacking. It leaks significantly to the point that we have to use two plates which kinda defeats it purpose! Once this pack is used up, I will not be buying it again. So disappointing.

Not sturdy and they Leak!

I bought this one month ago, it was a splurge. Chinet use to be a quality, high end paper plate. I was shocked to see the quality standard and how far they have falllen. What happened to no leak, and sturdy? These are not cheap to buy, even my husband noticed how bad they were and mentioned it to me. These leaked thru almost every hot meal we made, we used 2 plates just to make them sturdy. And the entire stack of plates have some sort of permanent dent in the plate, you can really tell a big difference from the Logo and the quality of the Chinet dinner plates. I would add pictures if this site would let me! If you are expecting the quality of the past, do not buy, these are cheaply made now.
