We only use Chinet because they never get soggy or flimsy. Nothing would be worse than to fill your plate and have it collapse. No cheap alternatives for us!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these to take to a pot luck. They ran out first, the other paper plates had to be stacked 3 to 4 plates deep to hold up to all the food. These plates are great, they stand alone, feel, and look nice, and are durable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These plates are so thick and durable and dont bend under pressure! They hold large amounts of food and the raised sides keep your food in place! It holds up when heated and doesn’t melt when hot food is placed on it! A great product!

We've never had this issue but with the most recent purchase, pretty much whatever we put on the plate, it seeps through and leaks out the bottom of the plate. I know cost cutting with corporations are a big deal now but I am hoping this is just an anomaly and that quality has not been sacrificed to save money. I will most likely purchase another package but if the next purchase yields the same result, I will have to purchase another brand.
