The reason SPAM gets a bad rap is because of the sodium nitrate, but if you like high fat low carb diets it fits in very well. I LOVE it fried! Fried in a cast iron skillet!! Just the smell of it frying will make your mouth water.

I've been eating Spam since I was a kid. Retirement age now but still my go to for shelf stable meat. Nothing compares to the taste of Spam on fresh bread, on crackers, fried up in the skillet, or just a slice by itself.

i use spam singles in my lunchbox , for snacks at home and also for backpacking/camping food ! i only wish the Spam Singles came in ALL the flavors they sell , the Bacon flavored would be great for a breakfast sandwich .

I us it In macaroni salad it has the best flavor. It is just great in a sandwich with just miracle whip on it just love it. Have not found one thing wrong with it.
