We have used spam for years for many dishes. Goes with anything from eggs to white rice dishes. We absolutely love it!

In the morning, it's my SPAM & sunny-side-up eggs. At lunch or supper it's a SPAM slider with cheese. SPAM-SPAM-SPAM-WONDERFUL SPAM!

I use this in sandwiches, just eat a slice with mustard on it, chopped up in scrambled eggs, chopped over a salad. I just love it

We like it diced in omelets, grilled for Spam burgers, crispy fried with waffles or pancakes, in Loco Moco and on and on.

Nothing better than fried SPAM! Like it diced up with eggs and cheese or just cold with ketchup on toast.
