My parents used Spam and it w as an occasional treat for us. So, I decided to bring some memories back, but with a lower sodium version.

In the morning, it's my SPAM & sunny-side-up eggs. At lunch or supper it's a SPAM slider with cheese. SPAM-SPAM-SPAM-WONDERFUL SPAM!

Ever since I was a kid, a favorite sandwich has been fried spam with yellow mustard. Still loving it today. Yum!

I fry it for breakfast with eggs and gravy and biscuits. It is so good for any meal. It is delicious.

I love eating Spam straight from the can, on sandwiches with lettuce and mayo, in salads and fry it up with eggs.

Many dishes. Of course of breakfast.. whether sliced or diced up in scrambled eggs with diced chilis. But also in Spam fried rice. Or Spam burgers.

Classic is an understatement. Spam is the best. Classic spam fried on toasted bread and ketchup is beyond heavenly. I want one now mmmm spam

50 years ago my aunt used to make us delicious spam sandwiches when we were at her house. A memory I'll never forget.

I usually slice it and fry it with onions. Then I put it on bread with mustard. I fry it with eggs too..kinda like bacon.
