The only reason I don’t like it is because they use aspartame for the sugar free. It’s much safer to use the one with stevia in it so I have to get it at Walmart instead. I wish Sam’s would carry it.

After buying a smaller single pack container, I found the price for this double pack of larger containers a bargain. And Meta Mucil does the trick for me now that I've been place on additional medications where regularity is key. Taste is good and can be mixed with a variety of liquids.

Undecided if this works like I've Googled it and what it says but anyway follow the directions when it tells you how to mix and drink it. Drink right away or it sets up like concrete your getting ready to pour. I found out today as I got busy and waited about 3 minutes before I got back to drinking it and it got so thick it would hardly pour out of the cup. You could have eaten it with a spoon.

You know... I just can’t get past the taste. It’s just awful. I may try other flavors but this was not good. It was recommended by my surgery for after a surgery. Didn’t really help me anyway. I personally would not recommend. There are better products. out there.
