reply from Downy

Thank you for sharing with us, Tiff. Our Downy is put through many quality checks to ensure they arrive to you in the best condition. The weak scent may be due to your Downy Ultra Infusions Calm being exposed to extreme hot temperatures. We recommend ensuring to store it in a cool dry place. We'd like to learn more about your experience, and would appreciate you giving us a call at (800) 688-7638.
