A little bit of the fabric softener goes a long way because it’s very potent. It smells amazing and when it’s paired with the dryer sheets of the same brand, the smell last a long time on my clothes.

Environmental it’s reusable meaning that you can fill it up with the same product over and over again how you can use that container for other things around the house..

This new product is SO strong smelling that I cannot use it. I have chemical sensitivities, and found the Vanilla & Lavender to be a wonderful product that I could use on all our clothes and bedding. I have an HE washer so had to give up the Downy April Fresh I'd used for 25 years because the odor is just too strong & my family was complaining about the strong smell. We were thrilled when I found Vanilla & Lavender for HE. I gave my daughter my last box of the dryer sheets as one of her Advent gifts, not realizing I can no longer get it, and I'm so upset about it. I cannot even bring this Lavender Serenity into my house because the smell is too strong. Now I'm left trying to find a different brand of fabric softener that smell good and works as well as the Downy Vanilla & Lavender does. :(

I LOVE THE SMELL OF DOWNY SIMPLE PLEASURES LAVENDER SERENITY.BUT I HAVE A PROBLEM! ALL OF A SUDDEN MY CLOTHES ARE COMING OUT WITH STAINS ALL OVER THEM . AND NO MATTER WHAT I USE TO GET THE STAINS OFF THEY ARE PERMANENT STAINS. HAD 2 DIFFERENT WARRENTY COMPANIES OUT TO LOOK AT WASHER. THEY BOTH SAID THEY THINK ITS THE SOFTNER. I HAVE RUINED SO MANY CLOTHES. I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THIS WOULD ALL OF A SUDDEN BE HAPPENING . DID ANY THING CHANGE? PLEASE HELP...ALSO USE THE SMALLEST AMT. SO ITS NOT THAT I'M USING TOO MUCH..

They always want me to use this softener.. the smell is very light. I’m not allergic with the smell. . Some other softeners are very harsh and strong smell. I love the packaging. It’s very easy to use. It comes with the cap and you can measure this when you’re using. I got this from Influenster to give an honest review.

I am not one to write a review on anything but I officially ran out of my stockpiled Lavender Vanilla and am so upset. Laundry feels like even more of a chore when you don't love the scent of it as it comes out of the dryer. It's amazing the difference between getting into clean sheets and getting into clean sheets with your favorite fabric softener. I don't know what it will take but I am begging your company to change it back! I do not want to search for a new product as I have been using the same product for so many years. Please do your best! I MISS MY OLD SCENT!
