I have always used “always!” I branched put one time and tried a generic brand, but it wasn't the same. I have used the regular even on heavy flow days and it never failed me. I prefer the wings because if there is a shift from side to side I am still protected.

These pads are long and good for nighttime Used for many years but I'm not a fan of the new wicking gel they use with some of their pads. The body heat and gel gave me weird pains so I'd recommend staying away for gel in liners can't be good for vaginal health. When I switched to a non chlorine pad. Pain immediately went a way
