yay! this is the best disposable underware! since complications have gotten worse with my MS, i have needed the underware for nighttimes. the big name depends are like using a pad! trying other brands, i have found Always, and am SO happy with them! very good product, and has aided me so well. and i can have a good nights' sleep. thank you for such a good product!

The only problem I have is that I can only find them in a large size and I would rather have an extra-large size. I went online to see if I could get them in a larger size but the only available to purchase online is a small/medium. Not everyone wears this size.

I found Always Discreet Underwear by "trial and error". When I determined that a pad in my regular underwear was not going to be sufficient protection from leaks I began trying some of the advertised brands and I found that the Always Discreet Underwear was the most comfortable for me. Often when I went to the Walmart stores in our area I was not always able to find the size that I needed on the shelves in the quantity that I wished to purchase and that is when I decided to start ordering online. I have been very pleased with ordering online and the delivery of the product on or a few days before the expected delivery date.

Thank you for a great product! I have tried every brand out there and the Always Discreet is awesome! The ones made for men that I have tried, are uncomfortable and bulky. I tried the ones made for woman and have found them to be more comfortable and undetectable. I really like the scent of Always Discreet, never smell of urine. As another reviewer said they definitely have the proper coverage for men and hold plenty without leaking like others I have tried. I recommend to everyone, you should try them!

Ian a man and I have this problem for some time and I have bin on other diaper on in the pass this is no diaper at all I feel OK with thin on that feel good on me and do The job to can you make thin for man to I feel safe with on for this problem of my I take med for it helps a lot to but having always on help a lot keep on the good job OK . I don't usually wear the underwear type of product. Usually wear pads but I will say these are very absorbant and more discreet than other brands I have tried even though I was still a little concerned that people would be able to tell. They were also comfortable

I'm men and I tried depends underwear for bed time only it was leaking bad when I had heavy urine it came out of my underwear so I had to research other options see what out there to prevent leaking so I took the guts to grab always discreet overnight underwear size l I tried it on its little big but very comfortable than depends and it prevent alot better than depends so I will continue wear it for bedtime only but will grab size s/m when I'm out of large recommend to both men and women grab those! It help me prevent my laundry headache

I recently had a radical prostatectomy for cancer leaving me with incontinence issues. I tried always discreet and was very impressed. The absorbent section rises high enough in the front to be very effective, The double leg guards provide extra security and the absorbent core distributes the wetness very well using all the capacity and locks it away. I especially like the trim fit and less bulk than other products.

I have always bought this product and loved it until you made the change to the pinkish one! Never again will I buy! The change just ruined your product! The white one was much more absorbent, comfortable better fit and no smell! Please consider changing back to the original white one if you want to keep loyal customers.

This product has been amazing . I recently experienced a pregnancy loss and with the stress of this I found the last thing I needed was to worry about the inconvenience of pads and how they typically leak for me no matter the size or style or how often I change them even in my monthly period cycles. These changed the game. I haven't experienced a leak through the entire process even with very heavy flow and even found they hold up extremely well even with 6+ hours of sleep time. I love that they are disposable after one use and are extremely comfortable as well. These have saved me from ruining all my pairs of underwear with leaky pads and I feel secure that I won't be having an embarrassing accident. Really happy to have found this product.
