I can't begin to tell you how much I love this product. As a girl who has heavy flow, this product has been my staple. The sizing of it is perfect and it just makes me feel secure, especially at night. I'm not worried about leaking when I wear this and it's very comfortable.

Having suffered with leakage for a while, it is reassuring to wear something that is comfy and does the job properly. Being a male , I don't have a problem with the scented smell as plenty of body lotion masks this easily....thank you Always for an excellent product.....Why can't they make something as good as this for guys.?

The huge exception is no medium size. S/M is way too small for me and L/XL is way too big. In what universe do women come in only two sizes? Tiny and Giant? I highly recommend for tiny and giant size women. Average size? Forget it. Please start making in size Medium. One of your competitors has started making size Medium. Can't you please follow suit?

I have had to wear incontinence products for a few years now and up until very recently, I was breaking the bank by ordering products from a mail order company. The only underwear that worked (and by "worked" I mean no leaks) was a brand made in Holland. They are very expensive, unisex so I didn't feel very feminine and somewhat bulky, but I could wear them with confidence. I am so excited to have found Always Discreet, because they WORK! They are so thin that I can wear them with everything and not worry. I am back to wearing knit skirts! The fit isn't the only outstanding feature, however. They really do protect and at a price that won't send me into bankruptcy, I can breath easier. There just aren't enough words to describe what a wonderful product this is. The company that makes Depends must be afraid, VERY afraid.

I have MS and one of the symptoms is fecal incontience. Because all of the diapers I have tried in the past 11 years are noticeble when wearing pants, I have not been comfortable with them on. Today was my first day wearing Always discreet and pants. They are COMFY, and discreetttt.

After having children it's just not the same as before.. If you know, you know! I'm glad brands are recognising women's needs in this department and creating nice disposable underwear. I wear this under my day time clothes and it's really boosted my confidence.

These diapers say that they are built for women. Well, I have tried these diapers and they worked for me, a male. These diapers have pads that travel up the front, enough to cover everything, or at least for me. I really think Always should release this product or something similar for men. Always Discreet Underwear will always be my go-to diaper, customer for life, even though I am a male. Now, I did a one-trial run study on these diapers. What I did was take one of the diapers and poured water into it until it would stop taking water. Well, after 3 cups of water, I slowly position the water to fully maximize the intake. Well, what I found was the diaper held at least 32 ounces of water, quite impressive for a pull up diaper. So, absorbency of these diapers exceeds a good majority of tabbed diapers. But, when I examined the pad after this, it had swelled to about 11 times the initial size (which I measured to be around 0.5 cm). So, if this diaper was filled to this level it would be very hard to conceal. However, the pads were completely dry to the touch (which is unheard of, even among the high-end tabbed diapers). I was very impressed with the performance of these diapers. There is only one thing to complain about these diapers. These diapers have a flowery smell. I wish there was an option with no smell. But I completely understand this because they are built for women and it would be an appropriate smell. But it could take away from the discreetness, especially if bystanders are familiar with the smell. Or, the opposite, they may wonder where the smell is coming from. So, for men, it is not conventional, to say the least. Now men if you are looking for pull up diapers to wear to bed, then these may not be the best option, especially if you are a side sleeper. They will leak because the guards stay compressed up front, so urine will run around the guard, not against it.

I recently purchased a new package of the large for my mother, the number of garments increased from 17 to 19 in the package. The only problems is that the quality of the product has suffered. It is no longer as absorbent as when they first came out.

I am probably like all the other women in the world and not talk about our leakage but it happens and we have to keep dry so we try every product known to man! I have and I must say this product feels so much like my panties than any other out there! I have to wear these daily because I never know when I am gonna cough or sneeze and well you know what happens! I was so embarrassed before that I would not leave the house much because I always seemed to have a boo boo every time and all the other products I have tried made me look like I had a diaper on from behind and for a 40 year old lady it makes you feel so terrible! I now can leave anytime and wear shorter shirts because I get the protection just not the diaper look. If you need protection please try these out I promise you they will be a lifesaver to you just like they have been to me!

I am so pleased I tried this product. It is so thin. I can finally workout in normal clothes again without having to tie a shirt around my waist. I feel good in my jeans and skirts again. I can not tell you how much I appreciate a product that is actually comfortable and discreet. Every company tells you that their product is those things but this is the first one that I find does. I did notice a very slight shuffle sound but very slight and I don't think anyone other than me notices. Great product!
