I am on my third value pack of these and I must say I absolutely love them, the comfort is the highest I have ever seen and I can just forget I have them on. Also they are absorbent enough to last my entire work day without fail. Being incontinent since 1998 I have tried every pull up and tape-on diaper out there and these have really changed my opinion of pull up style diapers. They fit nice and snug and the pad is just the right length to cover what its supposed to. Thanks for a great product now if you can make a tape on product for night I would not have to buy anything else

Like all incontinence underwear, these are not made small enough. These are the nicest ones I've tried but still too big. Unfortunately I've worn incontinence underwear for 10+ years and I'm only 30. I weigh 100lbs, my waist is 25" & I like tight pants like yoga pants. All "discreet" underwear is so bulky & way too big for me!! Someone please make some for us smaller people!!

I am tired of deciding between guards that leak and underwear that is too bulky. Upon recommendation of a friend I put my macho aside and decided to try these. They are absolutely the most functional product I have tried! They do not leak when I do, they are incredibly comfortable, I don't feel wet after an episode (3 or 4 times a week) and although I try to change them ASAP, I am not uncomfortable if it takes a few hours to find a convenient spot. I can get over the design but the scent is slightly strong and very feminine. If always marketed these with another more neutral scent, they would be the only product I use.

I'm been using always discreet underwear for the first time since February. I already tried the depend and other underwear products are looking to stay discreet. On the Always discreet underwear, I was 190 pounds on small and medium size. It was absolutely a perfect fit! On the wrist was OK, on the back fits discreetly and the front fits great on padding. The underwear panties are discreetly fit and comfort but only small noise. The smell of urine it's kind like a feminine perfume of the absorbing, it's wet. On the sitting on chair it's suggy, not even a single drip during bedtime. Including the leakage barrier. Always discreet fits perfect size for men and women, I should recommend should try it as unisex for everyone. Thank you for nice product. I love the panties!

This product surprised me. Good leakage protection. Has a scent for odor protection which I love. In my opinion this is better than your competition because of these two things. Also the underwear doesn't get looser as you wear it. Good job. I think I will be changing my brand.

I'm a male and I have tried a lot of adult underwear. But the male ones always leak. So I tried a few of the woman's brand, they were better but still some leaks. So I bought the always maximum XL underwear and they work Great. No leaks. Is it okay for men to use this product, either way I'm going to keep using always brand.

What a great product. Im a 30 year old male starting to go into incontinent underwear. And they are very comfortable and very absorbant. Its almost like you don't know that you are not wearing anything. I would highly recomend this product for both men and women. I love them.

I was wearing Depent s and they were lousy! They removed the ones I was wearing out of the stores and put it online only. Their other diapers (and I do mean diapers) are bulky. They trade performance for beauty. It's like a very thin mesh lining with a bunch of cotton balls underneath. The regular day ones lining splits in the center of the diaper. The nighttime ones split at the top of the lining. The cotton material tries to fall out. I just tried Always underwear and just love it! It's not bulky, or uncomfortable. I can't begin to tell you how much I love this product. As a girl who has heavy flow, this product has been my staple. The sizing of it is perfect and it just makes me feel secure, especially at night. I'm not worried about leaking when I wear this and it's very comfortable.

Having suffered with leakage for a while, it is reassuring to wear something that is comfy and does the job properly. Being a male , I don't have a problem with the scented smell as plenty of body lotion masks this easily....thank you Always for an excellent product.....Why can't they make something as good as this for guys.?
