The don't fit well. They are too loose keep sliding down while pulling up. They hit the hip not the waste. They don't absorb anything. Urine runs down my leg. Have to change clothes just on a leak. But they smell great to bad that doesn't help protect clothes. Waste of good money. Told all CNAs not to recommend this product to residents.

Switched couple of years ago from depends to Always Discreet and Always is Always there for you. Received a new package and the color has been changed to light blue. Nice and it appears to me the absorbency is even better. and so is the structure. Any improvement is Always appreciated. Thank you. Highly recommend this product for those of us in need.

This underwear is the best that I have ever used and I have used many of the other options on the market. The absorption rate is so fast I was so impressed, moisture is wicked away from your body. These hold so much urine and last me over 5 to 6 hours a day. They even work great for over night use. Since I have used them for over 3 weeks they have never leaked. At night I add an always discreet maximum absorbency pad to help because I need more absorbency at night. Awesome product, I would recommend them to any one. I love these, they have saved me so many times! Awesome job always.

At first I was leery about using a feminine incontinent product. However, the absorbency is just right for my leakage and being a male, the fact that there is coverage in the front that is high enough is great for me too. These are not as thick and bulky as many other pull-up style adult diapers, so they fit nicely under my clothes and I am happy. The flowery design is not a problem for me. They are always covered by clothing any way. Several have commented about the odor. These do have a peculiar smell, which I assume is supposed to combat the bad odor of old urine. At first it was noticeable to the point that I thought it was objectionable. Somehow after repeated use of the product I got used to it, and I really kind of prefer it now. I think they did a great job of designing these. Much better than the Depend Real Fit. So, for all you guys out there with some leakage issues, these may be the underwear for you.

I was sick and the medicine that I had to take caused incontinence while I was taking it. I had taken this medicine before and was confined to home while taking it. While I was waiting for my prescription, I went to get adult diapers to use. I saw the Always underwear and picked up a package. They worked great.

This is the best I ever tried and wish for kind which would hold during the evening which is about 8 to 10 hours... Also wish to have bunch into one box which wld last for month as individual package is only hold for four days... Thank you for improving on this and would recommend other women to have this brand...

I tried other brands and I like always the best. They have the best fit they're the most comfortable and they don't leak. They're more like a pair of panties and I like the way they're constructed. When I came back to always I just got rid of my other brands these are so much more comfortable and they fit so well.

The only problem I found while trying this product was that it was difficult to tell front from back and invariably I would find I had it on backward. Other than this I liked the product. t came from a family of products I have frequently used and trusted and so was not hesitant to try them. Thank you for this opportunity.

I love using this diaper. It is comfortable, observant and seamless. The fit is perfect, allowing for easy movement without any discomfort. I am on my third value pack of these and I must say I absolutely love them, the comfort is the highest I have ever seen and I can just forget I have them on. Also they are absorbent enough to last my entire work day without fail. Being incontinent since 1998 I have tried every pull up and tape-on diaper out there and these have really changed my opinion of pull up style diapers. They fit nice and snug and the pad is just the right length to cover what its supposed to. Thanks for a great product now if you can make a tape on product for night I would not have to buy anything else
