I'm a 30 year old who identifies as female, but was born genetically as male and is still preop. I wanted to post a review of my experience with the Always Discreet underwear... WOW. As an individual who was been incontinent for years and worn ever brand, this is by far the best product on the market, by far. Highly recommended, will not regret the purchase, far exceeds any pullup on the market. Hey always, make a tape on for those of us who also require extra absorbancy night time protection.

These bladder control underwear are very comfortable and as a bonus they also smell nice out of the package whereas other products are absorbent but have no fragrance. I like the fit which is snug without being binding or too tight. They are also easy to pull off and put on. Overall a VERY good product. For me personally I can find no faults with this product at this time.

The new style does not fit. XL. They do not come up high enough which allows them to roll down on your belly. Also tried the 2XL and they are way too big. Why in he world did you mess up a good product????? I have used the old product for years and very happy with it but not the new design. Can I still get the old ones?

I have used most of the incontinent products on the market and yours is HANDS DOWN the most comfortable. What is off putting to me is the fragrance. I am not sure if this is an added fragrance of the smell of a chemical used in produces it. Either way, I have 3/4 quarters of a box that I can NOT make myself wear. I wish you would change the smell or better yet just eliminate the smell.

I bought both this kind and the moderate absorbency variety and fell completely in love with both. I threw out all my other pairs of underwear and wear only this now. I refuse to wear anything else. My girlfriend once bought me a pair of boxers for Christmas, and while I was appreciative of them, I never wear them. I didn't have the heart to tell her I would never wear them. That's how much I love these. I even told her that next year, I just want a package of these, nothing else.

I have used this product for a couple of weeks and it has worked very well. It is so comfortable and Discreet is the perfect name for it as it is undetectable under my clothes. I have used other products but this is my favorite because it has the best fit and absorbs so well. I will definitely continue to use it and recommend it to my friends, discreetly.

I decided to try your product discreet underwear wow i was amazed how well they work and feel i fought bladder cancer and won ,it did leave a hole in my bladder other brands i was not happy with, i seen your brand on the shelf and said have nothing to lose in trying them, i am so happy i did I now go out on the town now and not be embarrassed before i just stayed home cause i was not comfortable with the other brand, so to always THANK YOU!!!!!!

I have been seeing ads for this product quite a bit lately. I am currently experiencing a nasty case of the flu and have one of the worst bouts of coughing ever. I have leaking with coughing normally, but it's a much heavier flow of urine with this terrible cough I have. Prior to this product I was trying to compensate by using regular menstrual pads. They just didn't cut it. After each fit of coughing I would have to rush to the bathroom to change the pad. I just bought this product today and I must say I am so pleasantly surprised. It is absolutely discreet and comfortable. It masks urine odors completely. This product lasted most of the day for me. I didn't have to worry about rushing to the bathroom every 15 minutes. They are soft have a very slight soft scent, feel just like Im wearing my own briefs Cannot see them through my shorts no chafing all night.they hold more than just leaksI did get Largeand probably could wear S/M my waist is 36" I had a Stroke and have half body weakness I sit a lot! So comfortable is a must and these are awesome!

I could not believe how absorbent they are. I will never go back to any other brand of bladder leakage. And like the other male users I love them. I do not believe you need to change a thing about them, men can wear them just the way they are.
