I have just started experiencing bladder leakage, and want something that is discreet yet effective. This is the product that fits all of my needs. It fits well, without the tell tale signs of wearing a protective underwear product. No leakage, so you can rest assure that you are protected. It attractive, looks and fits just like regular underwear. Maximum coverage, for those more than occasional leakage moments. This is now my go to protective underwear product.

Because she's got dementia an altimeter so there are times we're she will forget to go to the bathroom an end up soiling herself they these are perfect they fit perfectly the Absorbance is outstanding not that I let her sit in her mess but of course there's times we're she pees more An it holds every thing..it holds all the odor so you don't smell pee. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried the Always discreet Maximum protection underwear a few times now. I do like the style of the underwear. It has a full coverage area to help out with any possible leaks. The fit is also quite nice. Not bulky or diaper feeling, actually quite comfortable. The absorbing power is very good. I appreciate this most. If I could change or modify anything, it would be color options. I would like to see a black in there, not just all pinkish.
