They are easy to use and durable for what I need. No leakage noted when wearing them. They don't feel bulky either. Comfortable under clothes.

These panties fit well, they're very comfortable, and although they are very absorbent, they're thin enough to wear onto her the sheerest of garments.

They are super soft and flexible and more resemble underwear so you don't feel like you're wearing a diaper. I like that it stretches but also feels secure while wearing. Would highly recommend.

I did not wear any extra protection at night and ended up ruining a mattress pad. I try to sleep with some thing under me after that. sometimes it would work, and sometimes it would be on the other side of the bed when I woke up. I feel so much more confident and sleep better knowing that I'm not going to wake up to a mess in the morning! I use a pad in mine and just use the panties for extra protection. I highly recommend trying these, if you have not! Although they are not very stylish, they are comfortable!

My mother has incontinence issues so I buy her these. We have tried all the brands. These work the best. That doesn't mean they are great. There is still leak through after the second time of going. She normally doesn't notice the first time. I've had to purchase washable furniture protection pads to make sure the leakage won't ruin anything. I'd still recommend, because, as I said, we've tried them all and these are the best.

These underwear are so discreet that you can't tell you have them on. On those days I couldn't make it to the restroom, I didn't stress because I knew this underwear would catch any leaks. I love Always products and I highly recommend them.

I don't feel like I'm wearing protective underwear at all. I feel alot more confident knowing no one else knows. I can wear any outfit I choose and still don't second guess. Also great for overnight. I wish they had the option to be able to have tabs to take off on the sides when wearing pants.
