[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So... this is not the type of product anyone gets excited about buying, but if you need them, you want them to work flawlessly. These underwear did exactly what I needed them to do. I help care for a young woman with a brain injury, and 99.9% of the time our outings in public are no problem. Very rarely, though, she has an accident and is rightfully embarassed. These were comfortable and invisible under clothing. On the rare occasion an accident happens, all we have to do is clean up with some wipes and put on a new pair. We no longer have to carry entire changes of clothes. We've had no more tearful meltdowns when an accident happens. It's really been a game changer for her confidence.

I bought these for my postpartum bleeding because I thought they would be more comfortable, but when I out them on, the leg opening on one side felt tighter and the whole thing seemed to fit unevenly. Any time I'd move, the loose side would just slide around and ride up my butt while the other side was rubbing amd squeezing. Considering these arw more expensive than some other options, I was super disappointed in them.

I wore them around the house at first, and I am so impressed with how absorbent they are. And you do not feel like you are siting in wet underwear after some leakage, there is not an odor. These are very comfortable, and I really like that Always put the thought into the design to make them look as cute as possible, considering they are for bladder protection. It is nice to put on something that resembles underwear and has a little bow in the front. Very nice, these details matter. They fit perfectly and they are named perfectly "discreet". I would definitely recommend these because they work and I feel confident wearing them.

They seem to stay in place do not shift or leak in the middle of the night. It feels pretty comfortable, I sometimes wear them outside the house and when I do, I'm always wondering if someone can see that I'm wearing one or if it looks like I'm wearing a pamper, but everyone reassures me that it does not so I really appreciate that all in all. I think these are great. I would recommend you at least try them once.
