I haven't been taking Align very long, but so far so good! It's very easy on the stomach as compared to other probiotics I've taken. I haven't noticed any abnormal side effects, and it seems to be doing a nice job with my daily constitution.

Super stale by the time i got it, but as for how well it works? I can say that skipping a dose and then taking it a day later, you will notice a difference in how well you feel.

First two weeks were awesome, last two weeks was horrible. Constipated, bloated, and any additional fiber makes my guts cramp up which has not happened before. Wish I wouldn’t have bought a second bottle.
