Align consistently works for my ibs with diarrhea. The bacteria found in align is a specific gut bacteria different than most probiotics. I have used this for a few yeats now and I am happy with the results.

I have used other brands and tried other brands of this pre-probiotic. it just so happened to be that one time it was not available in the generic form or Spring Valley or any of the others so I knew I needed it so I bought align dual biotic. I never buy name brands because I usually can tell everything is the same even with the generic. but this is different I could take the other gummies and they work but not near as good. I have tested them out to make sure because a line is very much more expensive but for something that works this good I will spend the money because I know it has something to do with how healthy I am. some things are too personal to explain. I know this is what I need to keep being healthy at 65 years old.

Easy to swallow. This box contains four packs of 7 pills each. There is a day of the week printed next to each capsule to help you keep track. I was experiencing bloating until I started taking Align. Now, I’m popping and releasing has like a normal human being. All this during the first week of starting Align.

I imagine this mite b a good idem cuz of its made ingredient but I can't honestly gv a great review until I use it , but upon using it I will give a review. I've struggled with stomach issues on and off the last 15 years, mainly diarrhea. I would usually be okay if I avoided fried foods or too much dairy but over the last year it started getting worse again. Every time I would go out for a walk I always made sure there was a bathroom nearby since I never know what could trigger it. It was embarrassing. I talked to my doctor and after blood tests and stool tests were all normal as they had been in the past, my doctor referred me to a gastroenterologist who suggested I try Align. I don't think it has "cured" me completely but it has definitely reduced how often I get diarrhea; and even if I do get diarrhea it isn't as uncomfortable as it used to be and I don't get any more than 1 or 2 episodes of diarrhea in a given day. I do still get diarrhea 1 or 2 times a month but it is not so bad. I've been taking it for about 8 months. Align is not a cure all for IBS issues but it does help a lot.

I don’t like gummy stuff sticking in my teeth. It tastes terrible. I would rather swallow a pill. But this stuff works. My doctor told me to get it for my UTI. The antibiotics were killing my gut flora. I would have bought a different brand if I could have found pills instead. But Walmart evidently carries only this.

I have a type of colitis that causes diarrhea. I’d been having to take steroids and another probiotic to help with it for years. I saw Align on sale at Sam’s and decided to try it. I have been able to quit taking the steroids and am having no unwanted side effects from the Align. I encourage everyone to give it a try.

This is the most effective probiotic I have taken. Relieves uncomfortable stomach bloat when combined with less carbs and exercise. And the only retailers that I could find to purchase were Walgreens and Walmart. I went with Walmart due to a reduced price. However, it took 10 days to receive which is very inconvenient compared to one-two day delivery from competitors.
