a while ago my G I specialist recommended I take these.they do as he said.and as it says on the box recommended by that type of doctor. I got excellent results from align. I didn't add a picture this time because the box says it all

This is probably dependent on each person, but I cannot say that this product worked and better or less than regular fiber capsules. Given the cost difference, I think I'll stick with the fiber capsules.
