After taking the entire box I didn't notice any changes and didn't feel any different. I don't doubt that probiotics are good for the digestive system. It's just hard to say how good Align works when I didn't notice a difference and have nothing to compare it to.

I tried this before a meal, and it seemed to work great, however later on I had dairy and I had the worst bloating I have ever had. at this point I would say it does not work long term (4-5 hours later). If I were going to eat something I know will cause discomfort I may try it again but I do not feel it will help me long term. I have been taking Align for probably 10 yrs. at my digestive doctor's orders. My digestion has been great for about 9 of those years. I consider it to be expensive but worth the price.

Beware!!I bought two boxes but received three boxes with more pills than ordered. Each box had different packaging, none like the picture shown so I called Align at P

Consistency is a little different from other gummies I have had but not too bad. The taste was really nice, almost like having a little treat that's actually good for you :)

I like the convenience of gummies since I take several pills and this is one less. Only dislike is it gives me excess gas. I take less than directions say. Price is competitive with other probiotics.
