Took 12 days and had to stop when I realized it was the cause of a constant bad headache. Stopped one day to test. The headache got better but came back when taken again. Found other reviews online that this happens for some people.

Can’t do any jellies. But I’ve tried it in the capsule form and appreciate the formula of a time release capsule, that affectively works and support my GERD and gassy bloating system all day.
