This product helps me with the colitis that I am having for several years. It helps me get onto a normal bowl system. Not altogether but at least helps me get my digestive system working close to almost normal which is a great thing for me. I picked up a bottle. By week three I felt truly AMAZING, my internal system seemed to reset itself and now my stomach problems are simple non-existent. I tried this product for free through a sample from Field Agent. I routinely have stomache digestive issues, so I was excited to try this. As part of the sample, I was required to write a review within a day. For this reason, I only took one pill and did not get an accurate testing of it as it is supposed to work after taking it daily for a number of days. This did not appear to make any difference for me today, but it's not supposed to until after several days, so I will have to wait and see if it helps. I don't love taking a daily supplement, I am terrible about taking larger pills and the older we get, the larger the pills are. Love that this product is available in gummy form and that the flavors are pretty good, making this a supplement I actually look forward to taking. I can't wait to see more results in my gut health as I continue to take it. But already I feel like I am taking things into my own hands and doing something about the sluggish, discomfort I have lived with so long.
