The capsules were small and easy to swallow and I loved that the capsules were individually wrapped but in sheets of seven for a total of eight weeks’ worth. Each capsule was labeled for each day of the week, too, which made it easy to keep track of whether you’ve taken the once-daily pill. This product was created by Gastroenterologist, so I'm going to assume it will be awesome, and work the way it's designed to. I've only been taking the product for 11 days now, and I do notice some improvement in digestion. But as with any dietary product we consume, we need to give the product a fair amount of time, at least 30 days, to see exactly what the effects will be. So, for me, the jury is still out, but as I said, there is an improvement already, so I would say; that's good!

I have felt good while taking this product (I was concerned that it might be unsettling to my stomach, but this was not the case for me).
