I find this awfully expensive for being such a low potency product. With all the 10 billion and 30 billion products out there, why would I even waste my time with 1 billion? Well, I did because my doctor recommended it to me - but it turned out to be a total waste of money because it didn't help my digestive issues at all.

I recommend this product. I have been taking for years. No bad bloating or "die-off" symptoms with it. So I would say it is gentle. My digestion issues have improved, especially nighttime gerd. Has also had an impact on IBS issues. I do try to make sure I have something on my stomach when I take it at night.

I started taking a probiotic this year, but I was looking for something that tasted better and wasn't a pill. I love gummies, and the Align DualBiotic Gummies don't stick to my teeth.
