Thank you for sharing your experience with Cascade Platinum ActionPacs, Irmie. It sounds like you may have hard water at your home. If you don't use a rinse aid, we suggest giving Cascade Power Dry a try, it'll help any detergent wash away cleanly, no spots or film left behind. Learn more about it here: https://cascadeclean.com/en-us/products/platinum-rinse-aid-original-scent/ Want to learn more about how Cascade can help? We're at our phones Mondays through Fridays, from 9 AM to 6 PM, EST. Dial 1 (800) 765-5516; let's talk sparkle!
