We do the dishes each night and this works great. Just rinse dishes off and put in and push start.

Works better than anything ever before!

I used granulated Finish detergent and it made my dishes feel gritty. So, I tried this and have been using it for 6 months now and love it!

I'LL NEVER USE ANYTHING ELSE!

I've had dishwashers for at least 40 years......I have never had dishes come out so clean and spotfree. I no longer need a rinse agent! HOORAY

reply from TheCascadeTeam

We're very sorry you had that experience, Lewisroy. It's certainly not something we would expect with our Cascade Platinum ActionPacs™ as no detergent will cause your dishwasher to leak. You could have been experiencing extra suds which can be caused from many things, from too much rinsing aid to a gasket not sealing correctly. When you get a chance, give us a call at (800) 765-5516, so we can help you further.
