Have used Cascade for a long time. Usually not the Platinum. I just got a tub of them and about 50% of the time I open the dishwasher to fine that the powder did not dissolve

I love love love this stuff have tried them all and my 1st love was cascade then I tried the platinum. The greatest dishwashing soap made for dishwashers. Yeah period!

I have used this product in the past but switched to the Finish brand to avoid buying from Procter and Gamble. Politics does not belong in product advertising.

Since using the platimum product, some of my glasses have taken on a yellowish tinge and my aluminum measuring cups have a powdering residue. Why? I have been using Cascade dishwasher products for years--this just happened with Platinum

Cleans well but is really bad on the rubber around the pampered chef cutting boards and the aluminum knives we use. Finish never did that to our items. I will not purchase again!

I have used Cascade previously but this time there are little pieces of soap stuck on the dishes when the cycle is complete. I did not have this problem with a competition brand I used just recently. I am worndering what has changed?

For months I was using a different, more expensive brand of detergent and couldn't understand why my dishes were never clean. I just figured the dishwasher was old. I tried Cascade and my dishes were actually clean! No residue or water spots.

Everything washed tastes like dish soap. Water bottle on a bike ride, big sip of soap. Rinsed my cookie sheet, food came out of the oven tasting like soap! Why Cascade, why?!?!

I loved it. They made my dishes spotless and very clean.
