The inside of my dishwasher is polished stainless steel. Cascade Platinum is the only dishwasher soap that does not leave a crusty or filmy deposit inside my dishwasher. Plus, I am astounded at how much better it is than every single other soap that I have tried, and I have tried them all. I never need to re-wash any of my dishes or utensils.

For years I have been thinking about getting a new dishwasher because my dishes were not always clean. I always had a WHITE film on plastic wear, peanut butter & burned on food did not come off. I decided to test the claims of this detergent: I put in my nastiest, dried food on dishes, pots & silverware with peanut butter residue. After running my dishwasher, I was pleasantly surprised that EVERYTHING WAS SPOTLESS!! I will always use this detergent in the future. SAVED ME FROM BUYING A NEW DISHWASHER!!

Cascade Platinum has become a household staple, so much so that even though I had a nearly full box of Cascade pods under my sink purchased when my local was out of the Platinum...I still brought a fresh box of Platinum pods home. They just make that much difference in how my dishes turn out night after night.

I was advised by a plumber that my particular model of dishwasher was basically just a sanitizer so I have to be extra diligent about not having excess food particles before loading. Even being meticulous about that I found with other brands of detergent my dishes weren't as spotless as I'd like. A friend recommended cascade platinum and I am much happier with how clean my dishes are even with my basic model of dishwasher

Even using well water, Cascade gets my dishes clean. Since we moved to a rural area and started using water from our own well, I've doubts that I need to use more soap in my washing machine to get clothes clean and more shampoo in the shower to get a healthy lather in my hair. I've had no problems with Cascade in the dishwasher. My dishes come out clean and spot free.

I always buy this, and I love that I can buy a large size. I don't have to remember every month to buy it. The value is the best. You buy it anyway, so why not buy enough to last quite a while. This dishwasher detergent works better than any others out there.

This isn't the cheapest dishwasher detergent you can buy, but it's one of the best performers according to an impartial consumer ratings organization. From personal, practical experience they do a really good job. Also, while it's a minor thing, we really love the scent.

This was the 1st time we used the online order/pickup service and we were cautious about the new thing and ordered accordingly. The exercise turned out very well, the order was simple, we selected a delivery time that worked for us and when we got there everything went as published. This is a good service, especially if you know what you want. If you like to browse and buy without a list, you'll need the old fashioned walk around approach. My wife is the primary shopper in the family and I am walking disabled; so she does all the shopping work. Well now I think we can use this service to reduce her workload. I also see an unanticipated benefit with this approach. I buy what's on the list without any impulse additions; we could save millions. We'll keep this going for a while and see what happens.

Before this product I wasn't a big dishwasher fan, but using it once convinced me to use, as it makes my stainless steel cookware and utensils look like new, cleans oxidation off, get gets glasses and dishes sparkling clean. I don't use plastic, so I can not comment on using that with this product.

Cascade sells 4 bad detergents so we have to pay way more to get the 1 good one.
