I have recently purchased cascade complete and am thrilled with the results! My only complaint is that it's the most expensive brand at my grocery store and it bumps up my bill quite a bit. However, my dishes have never come out of the dishwasher cleaner!! After struggling for years to find a cheaper product and even trying to make the detergent myself, I am glad I found something that actually works. I was so tired of my dishes coming out covered in a white film or looking like I never even ran the dishwasher. I even told my husband that he is going to think he's jumped into a cascade commercial when I described how well it worked! Thanks cascade!

I have a brand new dishwasher. It just wasn't doing to job of cleaning my dishes so I gave up on it. I have been hand washing my dishes. Everybody else seemed happy with their dishwasher so I thought it was just the brand and so be it. Waste of space in my kitchen, it's got to go. A friend told me give it another chance and use her brand Cascade Complete. Bought a small pack. My dishwasher has been redeemed! It was the detergent I was using not the machine. LOL I am very happy how clean my dishes came out. Even the silverware past my clean test. Thanks for this product. :)

I cannot lift the heavy powder boxes anymore. So, I bought the container with the small individual pouches. I am amazed at the simple idea of using one pouch to clean my dishes in the dishwasher. How exciting it is to find a product that works as well as advertised. I am a total believer in this product.

I have been complaining about the dishwasher in my new house for a year. I had even started using two finish tablets to try and get the dishes clean and prevent a sandy residue. I finally broke down and bought the more expensive cascade complete packs. My dishes are squeekly clean and no residue, plus it only took one pac.

Recently retired and tried to cut costs, so I bought a generic dishwasher detergent. When my dishes and glasses were not be cleaned, I thought I needed a new dishwasher...ugh. Decided to use a little trial package I had of Cascade Complete...and WOW, everything came out sparkling. No new dishwasher needed, only my tried and true Cascade!

Not happy. Love the results of the Cascade Action Pac on dishes and pots/pans. However, husband's hands were wet when he grabbed a pack to put in the dishwasher and it popped open and got all over his white shirt. Thought "it's just soap, it will wash out" but it didn't. Now he has little stains on the shirt and I can't get it out. Not with Shout. Not with Tide. Not with hand washing or machine washing. If it's soap, why won't it come out??

I started using your Cascade Platinum pods about two months ago and was very pleased with the product. However, the last four times I used the pods, they didn't dissolve and all of my dishes were dirty. I unloaded all of the dishes and washed them by hand. Tonight I opened a new package of Cascade Platinum, but the same thing happened. I've read more than a few complaints about consumers having the same problem. I never had this problem using a dishwasher liquid, and I think it's time for me to go back to a liquid product What is Proctor and Gamble doing for its many dissatisfied consumers? Before closing, (1) I always run the hot water in my kitchen sink before starting the dishwasher, (2) my water is definitely hot enough, and (3) I always make sure that my dispenser is dry before loading a pod.

We have been using FINISH for a long time, the other day I watched Cascade add on TV and decided on trying it. I am amazed with how well it cleans, as I am testing this new product- it amazes me everyday! Indian food, tumeric powder stains removed from the wooden utensils. Now, I can have my Hubby load the dishwasher- he doesn't have to rinse them thoroughly ;-) and dishes will still come out sparkling clean! My dishes are sparkling clean! just how I like them to be! I will be your loyal customer forever!

I have been a satisfied Cascade Pac user for years, and always liked the Orange scent. Tried the Cascade Complete Pacs 2012 Olympics Limited edition, and boy, what a difference. Even after 3 followup rinse cycles, the dishes still smell strongly of the detergent, and you can taste the flavor in any food stored in a plastic storage container. The dishes get really clean, and don't seem to have any residue, but all the dishes, especially the plastic ware, just smells for 2 or 3 wash cycles afterward. Plus, it costs more than the standard Cascade Pacs! No value there!

I am a single mom. Recently I purchased another brand of dishwasher detergent, and wow am I hating it now. I had a coupon for the other brand- in my house every dime counts- which made it cheaper than cascade. I thought I was being savvy, however I have had to wash every dish twice. I am def a cascade mom from this day forth! Thanks for making a great product.
