We have an expensive Bosch diswasher that works wonderfully. Unfortunately, when we started using the cascade action pacs our dishes came out too stinky to use. They smell like bad fish. All our dishes need to be hand washed afterward, and heaven forbid we should use unrinsed dishes for guests. It is awful. Vancouver has naturally soft water so it could be that. We' had to throw the product out.

they say its money back garuntee but the form dont download properly i didnt want to say anything and just get my money back but the form dont downloads so what am i gonna do so i am writing a review I have to run dishwasher 2 times and still i have clean some to dishes by hand too i am switching to finish cause its good and it cleans better so wont recommend to any one i dont know how these people find it good may be they havent used finish

Never had an issue with the cascade liquid. Thought we would try these platinum packs but they foam up too much for our dishwasher and the foam leaks all over our hardwood floor. Returning them to the store. The dawn liquid in the is going to ruin everything.

I ordered this because I was getting low on dishwasher Detergent and there was a $4.00 off sale. I tried the first tablet yesterday and all of my dishes were spotty, I had Jet dry in my dish washer. I have never had any problem with spots before, this detergent is terrible! Going out and buy another detergent today. Wasted $16.00 on this soap!

Have tried them all and cascade complete far out ways all the others. It dissolves completely everytime. Other brands I've tried would not dissolve completely in my dishwasher and had to rewash my dishes. I want to be sure my dishes are clean and with cascade complete that's what I get. Only brand for me.

I have been a cascade user for years and recommended it to all I know. But, sadly, since the product change, it does not clean wll for me at all. My glasses are ruined and I consistently need to re-wash dishes from the dishwasher. I have tried other products with better success, but continue to buy cascade hoping for the same wonderful results as in the past. Unless something changes, I will not continue to use this product. It does not work and makes more work for my busy household. I am one sad costumer.

I have been a satisfied Cascade Pac user for years, and always liked the Orange scent. Tried the Cascade Complete Pacs 2012 Olympics Limited edition, and boy, what a difference. Even after 3 followup rinse cycles, the dishes still smell strongly of the detergent, and you can taste the flavor in any food stored in a plastic storage container. The dishes get really clean, and don't seem to have any residue, but all the dishes, especially the plastic ware, just smells for 2 or 3 wash cycles afterward. Plus, it costs more than the standard Cascade Pacs! No value there!

I purchased this product about six months ago. I tried to find a site to see if others were having the same issue. The ActionPacs are not dissolving. When I went on the Cascade site, it started assuming my dishwasher was the problem. Let me assure you it is not. These Pacs are not dissolving and leaving my dishes dirty. Let me make an added note: This product is an excellent product, when ActionPac dissolves. I would recommend this product to a friend but can't right now.

I have been complaining about the dishwasher in my new house for a year. I had even started using two finish tablets to try and get the dishes clean and prevent a sandy residue. I finally broke down and bought the more expensive cascade complete packs. My dishes are squeekly clean and no residue, plus it only took one pac.

We have an older dishwasher. So we tried to use these, because that was the only product they available at the time. Everything comes out tasting like soap. We had to run an extra dishwasher cycle just to wash the taste out. We ended up throwing away several of our silicone bake mats because they made all the food on them taste like soap. These are probably really good in newer dishwashers, but if you have a dishwasher that's more than 10 years old, look for a different product
