The Cascade Platinum is just GREAT I don't even have to prewash I just load the dishwasher and cascade does the job even with greasy dishes the dawn in the Cascade Platinum works I love Cascade it truly is AWESOME !

Cascade Platinum works really well in our hard water. My dishes come out of the dishwasher looking as good as if I washed them by hand. Not all products work well with my water. I will continue to buy Cascade Platinum.

This product is junk. We bought a large bin of 102 packets and they do not dissolve in the dishwasher. In fact they burn when in contact with the drying element. I'd rather get my money back.

Thought my dishwasher needed repair. Dishes were not getting clean. From the very first load with Cascade Complete with Dawn, spotless dishes. If I hadn't seen it myself, I wouldn't believe detergent could make such a difference!
