[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried a bargain brand --- they are NOT all the same. Went right back to Cascade. Sparkling dishes every time and cleans everything I've put in the dishwasher, and I don't pre- clean at all.

This left a white coating on our dishes, glasses felt gritty. Went back to the gel...and not a problem. Please fix this, great idea, does not work that well.

I loved the product. Hate the lid. It sliced my hand, near my thumb 2 times during the time I had the bottle. My Mom always used Cascade, so I do too.

I have been using he Cascade complete pacs for over a year and love them. The last two bags that I have purchased, the gel pack has not opened. Do you think it is something to do with my dishwasher - any ideas??? I have never had a problem before.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried MANY brands and types of dishwasher detergent, but only Cascade Platinum Actionpacs get my dishes sparkling clean with minimal effort. Love them!

The tub containing my cascade dishwasher pods is clearly marked as non recyclable, however this website claims most all containers are recyclable. Why would they make these tubs ou of nonrecyclable materials?
