I love most of your products, but the platinum packets do not dissolve and I have to rewash the dishes with another detergent, I tried a whole package to make sure.

I was so hoping this product would be good - but my dishes are not as clean and they smell after cleaning with the ActionPcs - which they did not with the liquid/gel.

EXCELLENT PRODUCT AND REALLY DOES THE JOB GOOD. PRICE NOWADAYS IS A BIG ISSUE AND I WANT A PRODUCT THE WILL DO A DUAL JOB FOR A REASONABLE PRICE. WITH ALL IN ONE I CAN ACCOMPLISH TWO JOBS AND ONLY HAVE TO BUY ONE PRODUCT AND STILL SAVE MONEY

I use my Cascade Action Pac for the first time and all I can say is WOW. Everything came out so increidbly clean with a beautiful sparkle. I think I am going to empty my cabinets today and wash everything.

Cascade ActionPacs left my dishes clean and bright with no residue (difficult to come by with our hard water!), and the fresh scent kept even my dishwasher from smelling!
