Cascade platinum packs are easy to use. You just pop a pod in the dishwasher and you're good to go. I really like the platinum because they work a little better on tougher to remove food, etc on dishes. They also make the glasses so shiny and nice.

This new greenie formula does not work on well water. Why do manufacturers put up with this lack of pride in their products. IT DOES NOT WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is great at removing food particles and the dishes smell clean, but it leaves behinds spots and we don't have hard water.

This stuff is great!!!! My pot and pans were getting a dull haze to them then I got a sample of Cascade Platinum and tried it. My pots and pans came out of the dishwasher looking like new! No dull haze! Love it :)
