Like so many others, I switched to the new formula with Dawn. Big mistake. I had to remove the inner white top to get the product out of the bottle. It is much too thick. As far as cleaning goes, I'm not sure because I've only used it twice so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I grew up with Cascade, and with the action packs my life has become even easier. You just can't beat it for cleaning, just load and go. It saves me so much time and energy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely recommend this wonderful cleaning product which possesses the perfect combination of ingredients for the ultimate in your dishwasher experiences.

i rely on my kids sometimes to put the dishes in the dishwasher and they hate to have to wash off the dishes before ( so they usually dont rinse off the dishes) so this product is great to have on hand. Makes clean up much quicker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love, love, love it!! I have not found anything that gets my dishes cleaner, and with only ONE wash!! Never have to wash or rinse them first, big timesaver!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used Cascade Platinum for the first time a few months ago and I couldn't believe the difference in my dishes. I will never go back to my other brand of dishwashing detergent. Thanks Cascade!!!

Started using these about a year ago. Since using them I won't go back to old stuff! Never rinse before washing anymore! These are amazing! They're higher than most but not having to preclean saves me time & money so guess makes up for cost!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use, economical, gets dishes clean! Will not stick to the inside of dispenser like powdered detergent can.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Switch from another brand that wouldn't dissolve completely. Cascade Platinum Pacs have worked great!
