The box that I purchased the pour spout was busted not opening but when I got it open the metal piece fell inside the box and now the soap will spill out all over and the dishes are not coming out clean

I love most of your products, but the platinum packets do not dissolve and I have to rewash the dishes with another detergent, I tried a whole package to make sure.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that Cascade Platinum not only gets my dishes perfectly clean, but also cleans my dishwasher, which is awesome since I have hard water. Other detergents would leave my dishwasher greasy.

My experience with this product is very different than those submitted by others. My dishes, pots and pans, and flatware never come out 100% clean. I have a brand new dishwasher, so that can't be the problem.
