Tried everything with the Action packs--fun to use, convenient, but left a film on dishes and especially glassware. I switched back to the powder and things look great! I have a Whirlpool DU915PWPQ0 basic dishwasher.

Using Cascade Extra Action pacs has ruined all my aluminum sheet pans and some of my aluminum stock pots and cake pans! What is in this product that removes the finish and why doesn't the label warn against using the product with aluminum?

The Cascade Platinum is just GREAT I don't even have to prewash I just load the dishwasher and cascade does the job even with greasy dishes the dawn in the Cascade Platinum works I love Cascade it truly is AWESOME !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product does the job of several. No need to invest in a rinse aid or water spot remover. And it"s so simple it never makes a mess. Just put the pac in the dishwasher and start it.

I normally am very pleased with Cascade products but recently my purchase seemed to be straight liquid, no gel. I am very unhappy with this purchase and would like to have the amount refunded.

Cascade all in one actions pacs are the best I find they get my dishes the cleanest and they do not leave behind film or scruff marks on my crystal dishes.

Have your packaging "engineers" even attended a school or is it the school of how hard can we make it to open your product? I had to use a pliers to open.
