[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have very hard water. Most dishwasher detergents didn't clean the dishes. When using Cascade platinum ActionPacs the dishes always come out sparkling clean

The "new" cascade leaves a residue on my dishes & glassware like dried soap. It is gritty & very difficult to remove. I have to scrub with vinegar to clean it off. I have discontinued using this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cascade action packs clean completely with no residue or spotting on the dishes. They are better than the cascade powder I used before because they don;t cake up with minerals in the water.

I WILL NEVER AGAIN BUY OR USE CASCADE GEL PACKS......THEY NEVER DISOLVED, ON 3 SEPARATE OCCASSIONS I HAD TO RE WASH ALL THE DISHES AS THE PACKETS NEVER DISOLVED.....I WILL STICK WITH THE CASCADE COMPLETE GEL IN THE BOTTLE, AT LEAST THAT WORK'S !

I don't have a dishwasher....I really need one! But my mom does....and the Cascade Platinum Paks were great! The kids loaded the dishes, not rinsed well and kind of all over...they were clean, the glasses were crystal clear...I was impressed.
