Generally really pleased with this product - cleans very well and no spotting. However, once in a while, a pac fails to dissolve completely and I end up with residue on dishes.

Really wish they would work a little better with well water. Our water has a softener attached to it and the dishes won't come clean in the dishwasher.

These were found laying almost whole and partially opened in the bottom of the dishwasher 5 out of 10 times I used them! Will not ever buy them again!

I have been using he Cascade complete pacs for over a year and love them. The last two bags that I have purchased, the gel pack has not opened. Do you think it is something to do with my dishwasher - any ideas??? I have never had a problem before.

I sent my daughter to the store to buy dish detergent. We usually use the regular cascade but it was out so she grabbed this pack. WOW, what a difference. I'm officially switching to platinum!
