The phosphate free Cascade works poorly. It leaves a milky crust of chemicals on everything. It looks particularly bad on glass dishes and nylon serving products. Is there a way to get the original Cascade back?

Had a coupon for it and yup it works. I noticed when I opened the dishwasher that the dull film from my dishes, my glasses, and my old silverware was GONE. Cool.

I was always a "rinse before putting in the dishwasher" person until my husband told me we didn't have to now that we use Platinum packs. He loaded and ran a load without prerinsing and they came out clean! Yep, he proved me wrong and I'm a convert!

This stuff continuously leaves gross soap residue on my dishes. Ive used many other types of "pac-ed dish washer detergent" and have never had this problem with any other brands. the dishes were dirtier coming out then they were coming in!

I've been using the packets for years. Because of a coupon I purchased the liquid. It's almost as if I'm not using anything. The dishes are horrible. Definitely want to go back to packets.
