These were found laying almost whole and partially opened in the bottom of the dishwasher 5 out of 10 times I used them! Will not ever buy them again!

I have been using he Cascade complete pacs for over a year and love them. The last two bags that I have purchased, the gel pack has not opened. Do you think it is something to do with my dishwasher - any ideas??? I have never had a problem before.

I sent my daughter to the store to buy dish detergent. We usually use the regular cascade but it was out so she grabbed this pack. WOW, what a difference. I'm officially switching to platinum!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best dishwasher detergent I have used. Very tough on grease and does its job perfectly ! Would not use any other detergent for my dishes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I WAS USING FINISH IN MY DISH WASHER ONLY TO NOTICE I HAD WATER SPOTS. I BOUGHT THE CASCADE AND NOW I DONT HAVE THEM ANYMORE SO I THINK I WILL STICK TO THE CASCADE PRODUCTS FROM NOW ON.

Since the new formula without phosphates has come out the product does not work. There is a white film left on my dishes. The solution is to buy a commercial detergent from a janitorial supply. They still contain phosphates and do a wonderful job.

I just love these pacs, they leave my dishes shiny and squeekee clean. I use one everyday and when the dishwasher is done I can't wait to see how my dishes look. Thank you for this product. It is the only one I'll ever use.
