[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never have to prerinse my dishes and they always come out clean. No food stuck on pans and baking dishes from even the toughest baked on stuff.

They do not dissolve, I have a brand new Fridgedaire dishwasher and these packets take 2-3 cycles and still do not dissolve all the way. BIG WASTE OF MONEY. DO NOT BUY THESE.

Purchased a couple years ago then quit using because my dishes weren't getting clean. I forgot that, messed up and ordered again. Never again! I had to run my loads twice every time.

I've been using the packets for years. Because of a coupon I purchased the liquid. It's almost as if I'm not using anything. The dishes are horrible. Definitely want to go back to packets.

I hate this product and am throwing it out - it leaves a film on my dishes, flatware, everything. I used the old cascade without "shine shield" for years and never had a problem
