these complete packets make it so easy, no pouring out powder that got stuck and din't desolve; or over filling with gel liquid spilling over the edges. Its one step and done, and a gr8 job done at that!

Gets things clean, but leaves a noticeable film and doesn't rinse clean even with using additional rinse aid. Regular powder Cascade in the box does a better job for me, even in my new Kitchenaid.

This product helps with our hard water since we deal with well-water everyday. A reliable product and the only one we purchase when shopping for dishwasher soap.
