I absolute LOVE Cascade Complete! This has got to be one of the best detergents out there and in an ActionPac --- can it get any better than this?!?!!?

I felt that they did a good job of cleaning the dishes without prewashing and they came out clean and shiny, no stuck on food that you had to scrape off.

I have used Cascade for years with no problems. However, the new formulation is very disappointing. It turns all of my black plastic items white, and all of my glasses are coated with a white film.

why does it not come out of the dispencer it falls to the bottom of machine i have to run the machine twice to do one load why does this happen it's very costly.
