I have used many different detergents and is one leaves a white film all over everything and the only way to get it off is to hand wash everything. I have never had this happen with any other detergents. I will never use this product again.

While I like the results when it works, the action pak does not always dissolve in my Whirlpool Gold dishwasher. It does not matter if I use normal or quick cylcle and it does not matter which of the paks I use. Any suggestions?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] these tablets did not dissolve completely and left pieces in the dishwasher even when using the heavy duty cycle. We use the liquid and are happy with it. it cleans dishes without issues.

I buy the large containers of cascade. The last two that I purchased crystalized in the container and are unusable. I have yet to find an e-mail address to report to the company. Maybe they will read this review
