I have used Cascade for years with no problems. However, the new formulation is very disappointing. It turns all of my black plastic items white, and all of my glasses are coated with a white film.

The is the best dishwasher soap and the only one I buy for my family. The dishes are always crystal clear, never filmy or dingy, and removes even the toughest food grime.

This left a white coating on our dishes, glasses felt gritty. Went back to the gel...and not a problem. Please fix this, great idea, does not work that well.
