I bought this product and it was water thin and did not work at all. I don't know if this is a new formula but they really missed to target here. Tired to call but customer service is only open 9-5 and I work at that time.

I have always used cascade dishwasher detergent. It was just recently that I tried the cascade complete tablets. They are absolutely terrific!! My glasses have never been shinier and my dishes and silverware have never been cleaner!

For the most part I have been very happy with Cascade Dawn action pacs which I just started using. But today when I went to get a pac there were two stuck together. When I pulled them apart, both pacs broke and I had blue gel spilling out.

just opened my dishwasher and found a 1/2 dissolved mess. now i have to waste more water rerunning. if the gel doesn't dissolve this time, i will throw the rest in the trash.
